Job Summary

Job Summary Oracle Fast Formula Developer

- Design develop and maintain Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formulas for modules such as HR Payroll Time and Labor Absence Management Benefits and Compensation
- Translate complex business requirements into efficient and scalable Fast Formula solutions
- Troubleshoot enhance and support existing Fast Formulas
- Develop formulas using Value Sets User Defined Tables (UDTs) and Lookups
- Build formulas to support multiple rule sets HCM groups legal entities and pay calculations
- Create and support BI Publisher (BIP) SQL and analytics reports for transaction validation and auditing
- Perform unit testing and support end-to-end testing with functional and technical teams
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications and migration guides
- Collaborate with functional technical and development stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Work independently and collaboratively in a remote fast-paced environment
- Apply strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills to support project goals
- Ensure technical concepts are communicated clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
