Job Summary

Job Summary (List Format):

- Minimum 7 years hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials (RTR) including GL SLA FA CM Intercompany and Close processes
- Expertise in subledger-to-ledger accounting and Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH) transformations
- Strong experience with Oracle integrations and data migration (OIC FBDI APIs) GL migration and reconciliation
- Proven leadership as a client-facing RTR lead on large-scale Oracle Fusion transformation projects including managing global teams
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Engineering or related discipline required
- Preferred certifications: Oracle Cloud Financials (GL/FA/CM)
- 10-15 years of ERP experience with at least 7 focused on Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud
- In-depth understanding of SLA rules financial reporting multi-currency and multi-ledger environments
- Familiarity with downstream reporting/consolidation (FCCS/EPBCS)
- Experience with R2R reporting tools (OTBI BI Publisher)
- Hands-on experience in data migration GL balances asset conversions and cash/bank migrations
- Experience supporting multi-region (NA EMEA APAC) deployments and quarterly Oracle Cloud updates
- Excellent communication documentation and stakeholder management skills
- Remote position; must be able to convert without visa sponsorship
