Job Summary
Job Summary (GRC Analyst III)
- Serve as a senior-level analyst specializing in Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) functions within a cybersecurity context.
- Lead and execute enterprise risk assessments audit readiness initiatives and control oversight activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as NIST (800-53 / CSF) CJIS HIPAA and/or PCI-DSS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security IT audit legal and business units to drive risk management and compliance objectives.
- Act as an individual contributor providing subject matter expertise without direct reports.
- Apply strong knowledge of security and compliance standards to support organizational objectives and mitigate risks.
- Maintain and update documentation related to risk assessments controls and compliance activities.
- Stay current with industry best practices regulatory changes and emerging risks impacting the organization.
- Required: Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity Information Assurance or related field (Masters preferred).
- Required: 6 10 years of experience in cybersecurity risk management compliance or audit.
- Preferred: Relevant certifications such as CISSP CRISC CISA CIPP/US CIPM CIPT CHPS or PCI (ISA/QSA).
- Location: Onsite in San Antonio TX (3x/week); LOCAL candidates only.
- Interview: Video interview process.
