Job Description:
As a Product Owner and Portfolio Manager you will oversee a portfolio of IT products and applications while acting as a strategic partner to business and technology leadership. You will guide products through their full lifecycle lead cross functional teams and use performance data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize a portfolio of IT products to meet business and user needs.
• Serve as Product Owner guiding products through planning delivery release and optimization.
• Define product scope and maintain roadmaps aligned to long term strategic objectives.
• Create prioritize and refine product backlogs to support Agile delivery.
• Lead cross functional teams to ensure collaboration across business IT and vendors.
• Oversee product releases deployment readiness and post release performance monitoring.
• Track and manage product budgets risks and dependencies.
• Use metrics and feedback to refine product features and acceptance criteria.
• Communicate product status risks and roadmap progress to leadership.

Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:

• Proven experience managing IT product portfolios and acting as a Product Owner.
• Strong understanding of Agile practices backlog management and sprint ceremonies.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders vendors and technical teams.
• Ability to define and track performance metrics and governance requirements.
• Experience overseeing product budgets financial planning and risk management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to lead cross functional teams and resolve delivery challenges.
• Experience supporting procurement vendor management and service delivery.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
