Senior Systems Analyst (Informatica MDM & Data Governance)
Location: Texas (Remote/Hybrid as applicable)
Duration: 09/01/2026 08/31/2027
Type: Contract

Estimated Hours: Up to 2008 hours

Position is ONSITE/Hybrid at the location listed above (with some hybrid work 3 days Onsite and 2 days Remote Mondays and Wednesdays REMOTE and Tuesdays Thursdays Fridays ON-SITE). The program will only accept LOCAL ONLY candidates for this position.

The program will only allow candidates who are LOCAL TO THE AUSTIN AREA ONLY.

Please do not submit candidates who are currently out of state and are planning to move to Texas. Candidates must already reside in Texas

Position Overview

is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to support enterprise-level Data Engineering and Data Governance initiatives within the SHARP platform.

This role requires a highly skilled professional with deep expertise in Informatica tools Master Data Management (MDM) and data quality frameworks along with the ability to work independently on complex large-scale data environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business objectives and translate them into scalable data solutions
• Evaluate system capabilities and recommend improvements or enhancements
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis and feasibility studies for system changes
• Gather and document detailed business and technical requirements
• Design and support data processing workflows and system integrations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data input/output requirements and reporting needs
• Develop detailed functional specifications for system enhancements
• Support implementation of data governance data quality and master data initiatives
• Ensure alignment with enterprise data standards and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of experience with Informatica tools including:
  PowerCenter IICS IDMC MDM Axon EDC IDQ Customer360 Supplier360 Entity360
• 10 years of experience implementing Master Data Management (MDM) and reference data solutions
• 10 years of experience developing and implementing data quality rules using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)
• Strong experience working with large-scale enterprise data environments
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on complex initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Snowflake and enterprise-scale datasets (4 years preferred)
• Experience in healthcare or public health environments
• Prior experience working with a state agency
• Experience with Python scripting for automation and API integrations
