Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $65000 - $75000 annually (depending on experience)
• Benefits: Competitive benefits package 401(k) paid time off professional development opportunities etc.
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid model with remote work on Mondays and Fridays after an initial training period

Responsibilities

• Manage and service commercial accounts with premiums exceeding $100000 specializing in auto dealerships garages and truckers liability.
• Handle all aspects of account servicing from start to finish.
• Quote new and renewal business to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet client needs.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance with a focus on auto dealerships garages or truckers liability. Generalists will not be considered.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred but not required.
• Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
