Senior Engineer Workday Integrations and Reporting

GEICOis seeking aSenior Engineer Workday Integrations and Reportingto join our People Technology this roleyou willlead designinganddelivering complex reporting and integration solutions in Workday that will enhance the GEICOassociateexperience. An importantaspect of this role is the ability tocollaborate with the business exercising sound technical and functional judgment while leading development or coordinating workstreams on large scaleintegration and reportingprojects.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as anarchitectand developerfor WorkdayIntegrations and Reporting providing functional and technical guidance to supportall parts of HCM.

  • Consultand collaboratewith business and HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into scalable Workday solutionsand strategy.

  • Shareexpertisein Workday security design reporting and data management and critical integration development (EIB Core Connectors Studio Cloud Connect APIs Orchestration).

  • Build andmaintainthoroughdocumentation for system implementation integration and orchestration requests and complex reporting needs.

  • Lead troubleshootingand resolvingsystem issuesanddefects to ensure platform stability and performance.

  • Mentor and collaborate with junior engineers on the team to support team skill growth.

Qualifications Skills & Abilities:

  • Minimum5yearsof experience configuring and supportingWorkdayincluding at least 3 years in a systems or technical role.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving operational efficiency and automation.

  • Workday Extend and core development skills (Preferred)

  • Proficiencywith ETL toolsSQLand or Snowflake (Preferred)

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent education or professional experience

Annual Salary

$75000.00 - $215000.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include but are not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the role the selected candidates work experience education and training the work location as well as market and business considerations.
