• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers via phone email and online platforms.
  
  
• Build trust and rapport with customers by actively listening to their needs and recommending our services as the ideal solution.

• Accurately enter and update customer information and job details in ServiceTitan.
  
  
• Ensure all appointments notes and follow-ups are scheduled without missing any important details.
  
  
• Handle rescheduling cancellations and service-related questions with professionalism and empathy.
  
  
• Provide detailed explanations of our services pricing process and availability to homeowners in a clear and friendly manner.
  
  
• Collaborate with technicians and management to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
  
  
• Follow up on open estimates and unsold jobs to maximize revenue opportunities.
  
  
• Participate in team meetings training sessions and performance reviews to continuously improve skills and processes.
  
  

• 5 years of inside sales experience in home services contracting or a similar field.
  
  
• Proficiency with ServiceTitan is required including scheduling CRM management and dispatching workflows.
  
  
• Excellent phone and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a wide range of homeowner personalities.
  
  
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.
  
  
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  
  
• Ability to work independently and take initiative without constant supervision.
  
  
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
