This role is integral to the operations as you will be responsible for managing all aspects of commercial insurance accounts from quoting and servicing to client communication. Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $50000 - $70000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial insurance accounts including quoting certificates and renewals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with underwriters and other stakeholders to ensure seamless account management.
• Handle all servicing needs for clients including policy changes endorsements and claims assistance.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation using AMS360 software.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of commercial insurance experience preferred.
  • Experience managing small business accounts (e.g. contractors restaurants hotels lessors risk surplus lines).
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in AMS360 software is highly desirable.
• Location: Candidates must reside within a 30-40 minute commute of the office.
