We build and operate a fully integrated mobility platform from fully serviced shared corporate e-bikes and car fleets to our own smart parking and EV charging operating systems all seamlessly connected through a single user application and admin portal. We work with some of Switzerlands largest companies and real estate operators and were growing fast.
We have strong customer references great case studies and a product that speaks for itself were missing a dedicated marketing owner to scale our reach. Thats where you come in.
Tasks
Your role
Were looking for a hands-on Marketing & Demand Generation Manager who will take ownership of Urban Connects lead generation and marketing function and scale it properly. We have existing content white papers testimonials and past experience with lead generation but no dedicated person driving it consistently. The commercial team has been growing largely through direct outreach and word of mouth. Its time to build the engine.
Your mission: make sure the right people know what we do and turn that awareness into a steady pipeline of qualified leads for our sales team.
This is not a role where you inherit a playbook. You write the playbook. You own the strategy and execute it yourself from designing the campaign to writing the LinkedIn post to standing at the trade fair booth.
Your tasks
- Design and own Urban Connects lead generation strategy end-to-end: define target audiences channels messaging and KPIs.
- Plan and execute online presence and marketing campaigns: Media appearances Website updates LinkedIn Google Ads email marketing SEO/content whatever drives pipeline for B2B mobility and infrastructure.
- Create compelling marketing content: case studies blog posts product one-pagers landing pages newsletters and social media posts. You write design and ship.
- Build and manage our marketing stack: outreach funnels and campaigns CRM integration (HubSpot) analytics and reporting.
- Work closely with the commercial team to align marketing efforts with the sales pipeline understand what messaging resonates what the ICP is and ensure leads are followed up effectively.
- Track and report on marketing performance: lead volume cost per lead channel effectiveness and pipeline contribution. Use data to double down on what works.
- Build Urban Connects brand presence in the Swiss mobility ecosystem: position us as a thought leader through content partnerships and public appearances.
In short: you take ownership of existing processes improve build whats missing and run the marketing engine.
Requirements
What you bring
- Experience in B2B marketing demand generation or growth marketing ideally in a tech SaaS or mobility environment.
- A track record of building and executing lead generation campaigns (online and offline) that actually produced a pipeline.
- Strong content creation skills: you can write a compelling case study design a clean one-pager and craft a LinkedIn post that gets engagement.
- Experience with marketing (automation) and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
- Comfortable with analytics: you set up tracking measure results and make decisions based on data.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: youre energised by building something from scratch not maintaining an existing machine.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex tech/mobility topics into clear engaging messaging.
- Excellent German and English skills both written and spoken.
Nice to have
- Experience in the mobility real estate or smart infrastructure space.
- Design skills (Canva Figma or similar) for creating marketing materials.
- Experience with SEO and content marketing strategy.
- Experience organising or representing a company at trade fairs and industry events.
- Swiss German French and Italian language skills.
