RoleOverview

The Policy Communication Principal supports Coupang Taiwans public policy team by shaping how policy issues regulatory positions and business perspectives are understood by key external stakeholders. Working closely within the Taiwan Public Policy team and together with the PR team this senior individual contributor role focuses on crafting persuasive contextaware policy narratives and communication materials that support constructive engagement mitigate risk and reinforce credibility. The role requires strong judgment discretion and an instinct for how policy discussions form and evolve beyond formal channels. This is not a peoplemanagement role but demands the ability to operate independently and influence outcomes through highquality communication and narrative execution.

BasicQualifications

• Bachelorsdegreeand7yearsofexperienceinpublicpolicycommunicationspublicaffairsgovernmentrelationsorarelatedfield
• Strongpolicywritingandeditingskillswiththeabilitytotranslatecomplexissuesintoclearconcisecommunication
• Abilitytoworkindependentlymanagemultipleprioritiesanddeliverhighqualityoutputswithlimitedsupervision
• ProfessionalfluencyinMandarinandEnglish
