Job Summary
Role: Bookkeeper & Admin Assistant
Priority Location: Philippines LaTam South Africa
Working Hours: Full-time aligned to standard U.S. business hours (U.S. time zone)
Type of contract: Full-time Contractor (Remote)
Salary: $1000 - $1500

About the Company: We are a growing real estate investment company focused on acquiring managing and optimizing a portfolio of properties. As the business continues to scale we are looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Administrative Coordinator to help bring structure organization and financial clarity to day-to-day operations.
The Role: This is a dual-function role combiningbookkeeping financial organization and administrative support.
You will take ownership of the companys financial records while also supporting backend operations such as file management document organization and general admin workflows.
This role is ideal for someone who is:

Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Financial Management (Core Focus)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Categorize transactions and reconcile bank/credit card statements
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Assist with monthly close processes and financial reporting
Prepare clean organized financial data for CPA / tax filing
Track expenses across properties and investments
Ensure all financial data is properly documented and auditable
Administrative & Operational Support
Organize and maintain digital files documents and records
Manage contracts property documents and internal records
Support inbox organization and light email management as needed
Assist with calendar coordination and scheduling (light support)
Maintain internal trackers (expenses deals documents etc.)
Ensure all business information is structured and easy to access
Systems & Process Improvement
Help implement and maintain organized workflows and SOPs
Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements
Ensure consistency across financial and administrative systems
Support the founder in building scalable backend operations
Tools & Systems (Preferred Experience)
QuickBooks (or similar accounting software)
Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Drive)
Excel (intermediate level or higher)
File management systems / cloud storage
(Nice to have) Real estate or property management tools
Requirements
2 years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Highly organized with strong documentation habits
Ability to work independently and follow direction effectively
Comfortable handling sensitive financial information
Nice to Have
Experience working with real estate investors or property portfolios
Exposure to U.S. accounting practices
Experience in a dual bookkeeping admin / EA role
Process-oriented mindset (SOP creation workflow optimization)
