Job Description Summary
Guide and coach the production members monitoring their productivity. Plan organize and manage production activities to meet production targets and deadlines. Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met. Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.Job Description
1. Maintain to achieve SQDC target.
2. Evaluate the route card on daily basis.
3. Monitor control and approval of time sheet of the operator on daily basis.
4. Follow up and take action of production disturbance.
5. Manage 5K of workplace & implement clean factory standard.
6. Manage the team related daily routine and non-routine task & coordinate the task with another team.
7. Encourage Stop Work for quality non-conformance and encourage improvement/idea to improve the target.
8. Encourage autonomous maintenance that is performed by the operator.
9. Ensure EHS procedure implemented and follow up unsafe condition and stop work of unsafe action.
10. Maintain all production records implemented included daily report of Supervisor.
11. Ensure latest drawing & specification are used refer to PDM system.
