Experienced residential Lettings Manager required to lead and grow a successful Lettings branch: increasing instructions maximising revenue and delivering excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and industry standards.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Manager with great customer service and business winning skills to join a busy and successful branch in Watford.

This role is ideal for an experienced lettings professional ready to take the next step or further develop their management career within a supportive network.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Generating and conducting lettings appraisals
• Winning new instructions and growing the lettings portfolio
• Prospecting for new business and building local market presence
• Developing relationships with landlords and applicants
• Maximising branch income through cross-selling additional services
• Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and regulations
• Leading daily lettings activity within the branch
• Delivering consistently high levels of customer service

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience within the lettings industry is essential
• Experience at Senior Negotiator or Lettings Manager level preferred
• Strong understanding of lettings legislation and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload
• Target-focused with a commercial mindset
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Professional and confident approach with strong relationship-building skills
