We deliver highly precise components modules and assemblies for leading OEM customers in the semiconductor and analytical industries. Two business units NTS Slavičín and NTS Brno operate in the Czech Republic as one entity and serve customers in Central Europe and beyond. We focus on the development and production of series with various technologies. Job Description

Your main task will be to manage and develop the supply chain in the field of entrusted commodities.
Your tasks will include:

• Negotiation of prices and terms of business for tenders and outsourcing

• Daily communication with suppliers their development and evaluation building the companys reputation

• Active cooperation in solving problems related to entrusted parts

• Cooperation in the area of possible savings within the entrusted portfolio of purchased parts

• Management and coordination of purchasing actions within RFQ

• Responsibility for the assigned project reporting communication about the project status with other departments

• Processing of documents for KPM

• Make or Buy process within NTS CZ

• NPI activities - implementation of new projects within procurement before transition to serial production

• Analytical activities - KPIs (supplier performance stock monitor vendor list ...)

Requirements

• University degree in a technical field or relevant experience in a technological company

• Relevant experience with strategic purchasing of commodities in the field of electrical or mechanical engineering

• Knowledge of reading drawing documentation

• Knowledge of English at level C1

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to set priorities

• Analytical skills experience with ERP systems

• Ability to work in a constantly changing environment and the ability to act in stressful situations
