Job Summary
NonStop Consulting is a specialist recruitment firm working with industry leaders to fill mission critical roles in cutting edge industries from life sciences to AI and technology. We are seeking a German speaking consultant that will be responsible for building establishing and maintaining key client relationships.
Tasks
- Building and managing your own client portfolio.
- Working closely with hiring managers to determine their needs.
- Active sourcing interviewing and placing top talent.
- Negotiating offers and contracts.
- Success-based commission for every successful placement. Deal sizes ranging from 25800 to 76000
Requirements
- Near-native German and Professional English level Swiss-German is an advantage.
- Commercial mindset self-motivation and resilient.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people.
- No experience in sales or consulting needed. We provide comprehensive award-winning training.
