Staff Accountant
Looking to launch your accounting career in a role where you can gain hands-on experience and grow quickly trak group is seeking a Staff Accountant to support financial operations and work closely with leadership in a collaborative growth-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support general ledger activities including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure accurate and timely processing
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Maintain financial records and support reporting budgeting and audit preparation
- Contribute to ad hoc financial analysis and continuous improvement of accounting processes
- Work within accounting systems including QuickBooks with exposure to system transitions
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong initiative with a desire to learn grow and take ownership of work
- Ability to problem-solve independently and seek out answers
- Familiarity with accounting systems (QuickBooks experience a plus)
