Demonstrated experience working within a licensed preschool or childcare setting.
Current EEC professional certification is required.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
A warm patient and highly positive professional demeanor that shines in an early childhood setting.
An incredible work ethic and the drive to take proactive initiative in making our classrooms even better!
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in a relevant field preferred.
Compensation: $41600.00 - $47840.00 per year
The Association for Early Learning Leaders is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has been serving directors owners and administrators of early care and education programs since 1984. Our goal is to strengthen the knowledge skills and abilities of directors owners emerging leaders and other early learning professionals to ensure quality programs for young children.
