Job Summary

Position Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients. This role focuses on building strong relationships understanding client needs ensuring service excellence and identifying opportunities to expand product offerings. The ideal candidate is proactive customercentric and skilled at problemsolving in a fastpaced service environment.


Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Conduct regular checkins (virtual or onsite) to ensure client satisfaction and address needs.
  • Build strong longterm relationships with office managers facilities teams and other key stakeholders.

Service Excellence & Issue Resolution

  • Monitor service delivery quality and respond quickly to escalations.
  • Partner with operations logistics and customer service teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Track recurring problems and recommend process improvements.

Account Growth & Retention

  • Identify upsell/crosssell opportunities based on client usage new products and company initiatives.
  • Prepare proposals for expansions equipment upgrades and additional services.
  • Drive high retention rates through proactive engagement and excellent service.

Business Reviews & Reporting

  • Conduct quarterly or annual business reviews with key clients.
  • Analyze consumption trends service history and product performance to recommend improvements.
  • Maintain accurate account notes and activity logs in CRM systems.

CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales to support onboarding of new clients.
  • Partner with inventory teams to forecast product needs for large accounts.
  • Coordinate with the operations team on equipment installations maintenance and service schedules.

Qualifications

  • 2 years in account management customer success client services or related field.
  • Strong communication presentation and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients with varied needs.
  • Problemsolving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Comfortable using CRM or accountmanagement tools (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce or similar).

Preferred

  • Experience in office services food & beverage hospitality or deliverybased businesses.
  • Familiarity with service route operations or inventorybased businesses.
  • Experience supporting both SMB and midmarket clients.

Success Metrics

  • Client satisfaction / NPS scores
  • Account retention and renewal rates
  • Upsell / crosssell revenue
  • Response time to issues
  • Accuracy and consistency of CRM documentation

Working Conditions

  • Hybrid role with local travel to client sites.
  • Occasional support for client events or special onsite needs.
