The Role

The Coordinator Commonwealth Pier PMO role supports the Director Commonwealth Pier Program Management and plays a key part in the activation and opening of Commonwealth Pier. This pivotal position bridges strategy and operational program management ensuring the flawless delivery of a defined program. You will be involved in hands-on coordination readiness checks and crafting a seamless workplace experience for associates and visitors. This is your chance to join a world-class team in Boston MA!

Key Responsibilities

• Complete assigned program tasks related to opening activities.
• Prepare spaces for associate and vendor visits walkthroughs and readiness checks.
• Assist with on-site coordination including signage placement workspace setup and inventory management.
• Support preparations for move-in days and employee onboarding activities.
• Maintain checklists trackers and provide simple status updates.

On-Site Support

• Be present during key project phases (move-ins installations punch-list reviews).
• Assist with badge distribution wayfinding and setup of temporary workspaces.
• Identify minor issues (missing items labeling needs readiness gaps) and bring them up to the Program Manager.
• Welcoming associates and visitors providing wayfinding information and answering questions.

Communication & Support

• Provide clear timely updates to the Program Manager on finished tasks and problems.
• Assist in preparing materials for employee communications (agendas instructions move guides).

The Commonwealth Pier Program Management Office (PMO) directs the organizational strategy and implementation supporting the activation of the newly redeveloped Commonwealth Pier. We are tasked with guaranteeing a smooth transition into the new workplace environment and offering exceptional experience for associates leaders and visitors. Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
