Your Role at Baxter
As an Associate Sales Representative (ASR) within Baxters Advanced Surgery division you will be a key representative of a trusted surgical portfolio that helps save and sustain lives. You will build strong relationships with surgeons and operating room teams earning their trust through product knowledge curiosity and a commitment to customer success. Acting as a primary point of connection in the field you will support clinical and economic needs across your territory while developing deep expertise in Baxters hemostats sealing and tissue products.
Territory: Greater Toronto Area and select parts of Northern Ontario
Your Team
You will be part of Baxters Field Sales organization working closely with the Territory Business Manager (TBM) and National Sales Manager (NSM). Together you will collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners to drive growth deliver education and ensure exceptional customer experiences across the Advanced Surgery portfolio.
What Youll Be Doing
Representing Baxters Advanced Surgery portfolio in surgical suites within your assigned geography
Developing a comprehensive understanding of Baxter products surgical specialties and devices
Covering surgical cases and communicating outcomes opportunities and updates to the TBM and NSM
Maintaining troubleshooting and educating customers on Baxter regulators and spray equipment
Conducting in-service trainings to support appropriate on-label product usage
Building managing and growing strong relationships with new and existing customers
Monitoring industry trends and competitive activity to inform territory strategy
Partnering with sales leadership to execute action plans that drive territory performance and achieve sales goals
What Youll Bring
Bachelors degree with 2 years of experience or 4 years of relevant sales or operating room experience.
High school diploma or GED required.
Strong interest in clinical education and surgical environments
Demonstrated sales competencies including:
Sales effectiveness and accountability for results
Product and clinical knowledge with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
Business acumen and competitive awareness
Collaboration across internal teams and customer groups
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the GTA and parts of Northern Ontario (minimal overnight travel required)
Residency within the territory or willingness to relocate; familiarity with the geography is preferred
We understand that compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxterwe are committed to equitable pay for all employees and we strive to be more transparent with our pay estimated salary range for this position is $89000 - $121000 annually which is inclusive of base salary aswell as estimated commissions based on expected target performance. Individual pay will be determined basedupon skills expertise and experience as well as achievement of sales performance to goal.
