Whatyoulldo
Work with stakeholders and partners to understand assessmanageand report onrisks
Provide effective challenge on first-linepoliciesstandards initiativesandcontrols
Translate complex technical topics into clear business-focused insights for senior leaders
Participate in andsupport thedevelopment ofriskgovernance artifacts and processes
Useexpertiseresearchand analysis to advance FCCs methodologies to manage technology and information risk
Whatyoullbring to theteam
Required Qualifications:
Atleast four yearsof experiencein technology ordata managementfields(i.e.IT operations developmentartificial intelligence cybersecurityarchitectureordata governance)
A degree in engineering science or business administration(or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
Demonstratedoral and written communication skills includingcommunicationwithseniorleadership
Demonstratedeffectivestakeholder engagement
Preferred Qualifications:
Governanceriskand/or complianceexperience includingeffectivechallenge risk reportingemerging technology riskriskquantificationandprocessautomation
Experience in the agricultural or financial sectors
Experience with IT industry standards and frameworks
Certifications related to technologyinformationand third-party risk management such as CRISC CISM and CISA
Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset
