Now hiring a Sanitation Supervisor for a food manufacturing facility in Fort Worth. This is a leadership role responsible for keeping the plant clean safe and audit-ready. Looking for someone who can lead a team make decisions and hold people accountable.
What Youll Be Doing:
Lead and supervise sanitation team (attendance performance safety)
Plan and assign daily cleaning tasks (SSOPs GMPs SQF)
Conduct inspections and ensure facility is audit-ready
Handle chemicals safely and ensure OSHA/PPE compliance
Maintain logs records and sanitation documentation
Work with Production Maintenance and Quality teams
Train coach and develop sanitation employees
Track corrective actions and drive continuous improvement
Provide daily updates on sanitation performance
What Were Looking For:
Previous supervisory experience required
Experience with GMP HACCP food safety and sanitation programs
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Able to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
