In this position youll play a critical role in shaping our team by identifying engaging andonboarding top talent. If youre someone who moves quickly communicates confidently and takes pride in getting the details right while building strong relationshipsthis could be a great fit.

What Youll Do

• Post and manage job listings within an Applicant Tracking System (Hireology)
• Review resumes and efficiently identify qualified candidates
• Screen candidates via text and phone calls with a high level of responsiveness
• Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews
• Conduct job offer meetings and guide candidates through the hiring process
• Lead new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Maintain accurate and organized employee files
• Coordinate and complete drug screenings and background checks
• Enter basic employee-related data into accounting and HR systems
• Serve as a go-to resource for candidate and new hire questions

What Were Looking For

• Experience in recruiting candidate screening interviewing or onboarding preferred
• Strong interpersonal skillsable to quickly build rapport and connect with others
• High energy and comfort working in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow processes and maintain accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable using computers web-based tools and communication platforms
• Proactive problem-solver with a high tolerance for answering questions and supporting others
• Collaborative team player who communicates openly and often
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency and follow-through
