Job Summary
The Senior Labor Relations and Workforce Compliance Consultant serves as a strategic partner and provides guidance to employees and leaders within the organization. This position is critical in supporting operational leadership with managing the labor relations spectrum including collecting analyzing and reporting data related to labor relations including grievances disputes request for information NLRB etc.). The Senior Labor Relations and Workforce Compliance Consultant will provide essential support to the Director of People Operations in maintaining labor compliance and developing strategies for the organization. The role will develop and execute equitable proactive business aligned plans that help build and support Seattle Childrens (SCs) commitment to People Operations initiatives this includes designing and implementing a systematic and comprehensive proactive employee and labor relations strategy. The Senior Labor Relations and Workforce Compliance Consultant analyzes information integrates critical thinking and partners with People Operations team members to design and deliver strategies focused on Labor and employee relations compliance employee engagement talent management total rewards and workplace investigations. The Senior Labor Relations and Workforce Compliance Consultant plays an essential role in establishing and driving People Operations programs/talent initiatives forward within specific company functions while always ensuring they align with a companys business objectives. This role relies on developing effective consulting relationships business literacy data analysis change management principles in the development and implementation of initiatives.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in human resource management business or related degree or equivalent experience.
At least five (5) years of Human Resources and Labor Relations experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of and skill applying local state and federal laws.
Required Credentials

Preferred
Masters degree in business or related field.
Experience working in a large complex healthcare organization and/or growing research operation.
Experience working in a union environment or applicable Masters level degree in labor relations.

Compensation Range
$118174.00 - $177262.00 per yearSalary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity skills experience and expertise and may vary within the range provided.
