Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee Dimension Hospitality. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.

As the Convention Services Manager you are instrumental in delivering exceptional event experiences while driving revenue performance. You will cultivate and grow catering accounts re-engage past clients and strengthen existing relationships to achieve and exceed catering and associated room revenue goals aligned with the hotels Business Plan.

You are meticulous client focused and skilled at coordinating complex group events.

The Role

Serve as the primary liaison for groups after booking finalize details and ensure flawless execution across departments.

What You Will Be Doing

Confirm event requirements and function orders
Coordinate room blocks setups AV and F&B
Lead pre con meetings and communicate updates
Be on site contact for program execution
Manage changes billing and post event review
Maintain accurate records and timelines

Convention or event services experience required
Excellent organization and communication
Calm and solutions oriented under pressure
Must be flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends.
