Now Hiring: Full-Time Hotel Engineer
By the Sea Resorts Panama City Beach FL
Shift is 7am - 3pm
Pay: $16$18/hour depending on experience
Are you the kind of person who can fix just about anything keep your cool when something goes sideways and enjoy making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes Were looking for a Full-Time Hotel Engineer to join our team and help keep our property in great shape for our guests and team members.
This role is perfect for someone who is handy dependable and takes pride in solving problems.
What youll do:
Respond to maintenance requests in guest rooms and public areas
Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing electrical HVAC and general maintenance issues
Help keep the hotel safe clean and operating smoothly
Complete preventative maintenance tasks
Assist with minor repairs touch-ups and upkeep projects
Communicate professionally with guests and team members when needed
Be a go-to problem solver during your shift
What were looking for:
Previous hotel maintenance engineering or general maintenance experience preferred
Basic knowledge of plumbing electrical HVAC and general repair work
Someone reliable self-motivated and able to work independently
Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
Ability to respond quickly and professionally to maintenance needs
Must be able to lift push pull and move equipment/supplies as needed
