MELE Associates Inc. is seeking to add an experienced Program Analyst to support the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) in the execution of its mission including providing technical programmatic management environmental planning and logistics support services. This full-time on-site position is contingent upon contract award.
Essential Functions:
- Performing planning activities in support of actions proposed by NNSA program offices including but not limited to actions necessary to maintain and/or modernize the nuclear stockpile; actions to secure or minimize nuclear and radiological materials; and facility upgrades modernization and/or construction in support of NNSA mission programs.
- Prepare incoming and outgoing classified and unclassified correspondence packages coordinate concurrence with program offices and monitor completion status.
- Maintain requisite classification controls.
- Coordinate technical seminars.
- Maintain weekly task lists and action items status including preparing weekly and ad hoc reports.
- Assist in coordinating leadership meetings and video teleconferences.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current active DOE Q Clearance/Top Secret Clearance with ability to acquire SCI.
- Bachelors degree in management or business-related field. Eight (8) years of relevant experience is equivalent to a four (4) year bachelors degree.
- Minimum five (5) years of government experience
- Superior communication organizational interpersonal and writing skills.

SALARY: Salaries are determined based on several factors including external market data internal equity and the candidates related knowledge skills and abilities for the position. The salary range for this position is $122-132K.
