Executive Manager Care & Lifestyle Full-Time
Location: Aegis Group Central Office in Burswood.

Aegis is seeking a unique individual with the personality skills experience and energy to excel in this important senior executive role.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer this executive position is to ensure the delivery of comprehensive clinical & lifestyle guidance and direction to maintain the high standards of the Aegis governance compliance legislation and regulatory requirements are always met.
Success in this role is built upon strong relationships with all key stakeholders both external and internal through open and transparent communication which is to always remains collegiate and positive.
You will fully support and build on Aegis positive culture can do attitude and PRiDE values with a strong focus on collaboration communication and stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
You will be responsible for guiding the continuous improvement of clinical functions through the ongoing continuous monitoring analysis and audit of clinical outcomes as well as identify trends and recommend clinical improvement opportunities across the Aegis Group.
You will also be fully supported by a high performing and capable team of clinicians and allied health professionals.
Preference will be given to your:
Proven experience in leading a Care & Lifestyle team in Aged Care.
Strong contemporary knowledge of best practice and continuous improvement in all aspects of Residential Aged Care.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with people at all levels.
Proven skills in policy and procedure development and implementation.
You will be a qualified Registered Nurse.
