What youll do
Administrative Coordination:Manage a variety of administrative duties including secretarial tasks reception scheduling appointments for departmental managers and taking minutes during meetings to ensure smooth office operations.
Data and Documentation Management:Verify production orders create identification labels enter SAP direct labour data maintain employee training and certification records and handle invoicing correspondence with vendors.
Customer and Vendor Support:Provide purchase order confirmations to customers support onboarding and training and maintain filing systems for contractor Workers Compensation and insurance policies.
Communication and Scheduling:Greet visitors answer and screen telephone calls arrange conference calls coordinate travel schedules and appointments and organize facility events and occasional meals.
Office Supplies and Facility Support:Order and maintain office supplies arrange equipment maintenance and update facility lists logs and documents.
Safety First:Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.
What youll bring
Must-haves:
Proven independent administrative experience with strong organizational skills
Professional communication skills both verbal and written in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with high accuracy
Reliable judgment and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice-to-haves:
Business Administration diploma or degree
Experience with SAP or similar enterprise software
Previous experience in a mining or industrial environment
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven setting

Compensation - $24-28/hr depending on experience
This is for a 3 month contract with the possibility of extending as needed.
