Your opportunity
- Develop refine and maintain end to end procurement process flows (Source to Pay / Procure to Pay).
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency automation compliance and user experience.
- Build and institutionalize procurement governance frameworks including approval hierarchies decision rights and risk controls.
- Develop and maintain procurement policies SOPs work instructions and documentation repositories.
- Ensure alignment with legal compliance finance and audit requirements across all procurement operations.
- Drive adoption of governance standards across regions and business units through training and change management.
- Lead manage and fully own procurement-related projects including process redesign policy updates technology rollouts operational reporting improvements and compliance initiatives.
- Define project charters scope timelines and deliverables ensuring crossfunctional alignment.
- Monitor risks dependencies and change impacts across all projects.
- Develop and deliver training content playbooks onboarding materials and communication assets.

Must have skills
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Operations or related field.
- 58 years of experience in procurement supply chain operations excellence or process improvement.
- Strong understanding of SourcetoPay processes policies and tools.
- Demonstrated experience developing and documenting process flows (Visio Lucidchart Miro BPMN).
- Proven ability to lead procurement or crossfunctional projects from initiation through completion.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and projectmanagement skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation capabilities.
Nice to have skills
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Regulatory and compliance experience related to procurement or operations
- Contracts management experience including knowledge of contract lifecycles risk terms and internal review processes
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies (certification a plus)
- Familiarity with procurement platforms such as Coupa SAP Ariba Jaggaer or Ivalua
- Background in internal controls compliance or procurement governance
- Change management experience (Prosci or similar certification)

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $125000 - $140000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through May 31 2026.

Annual Bonus Opportunity:Position may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company department team and individual performance.
