Role Summary

This role willsitwithinthePPS OncologyBUStrategy teamand will be accountable for ensuringclosealignment withBusiness UnitandProduct launchstrategies. This role willensureOncologypatient services programsare rooted in comprehensive understanding of the patient journey and patientsexperiencestakingPfizersupcomingOncologytreatments.
Role Responsibilities
Thisis a critical role responsiblefordeveloping and executingthestrategy for patientservicesprogramsin newproduct launchesfor PfizersOncologyBusiness Unit.Thiscolleaguewill:
- Represent PPSas the subject matter expertforOncology product launchteams
- Leaddevelopment ofpre-and post-launch to plan execute and operationalize patient support programs and services through key frameworks processes and best practices
- Serve as theinterfaceforPatient Services teams andproduct launchpartnersensuring programs meet patient/healthcareprovider needsand align toproduct launchstrategies
- Support creation and implementation of tools that both simplify and accelerate the quality and timeliness of launch preparation
- Ensure program launch is done with proper monitoring auditing and quality assurance of patient support programs and services
- Track brand needs economics strategies timelines and priorities while staying abreast oftherapeutic areatrends
- Support identification evaluation and management ofcost-effective vendor solutions
- ManageandoptimizePPS spendat thebrand-level
- Facilitateintegration ofPPSleadershipstrategiesand performance in marketing plans therapeutic areaplanningdocumentsand executive updates
- Proactivelyestablishstrong internal and external relationshipsacrossPPS theBusiness Unit broaderGlobal Access and Value (GAV)functionsUS Market Access (USMA) andenabling functions(e.g. Digital Analytics Chief Commercial Office)
- Be a part ofahigh-performing team of professionalsresponsible fordesigning and executing patient support programs for thebrand
- Ensure program operating proceduresare inalignmentwith legal regulatory and compliance standards
Basic Qualifications
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers develop and coach others oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
- Bachelors degree required; advanced degree (MBA MPH etc.) preferred
- 8 years experience in BiopharmaPatient Services Strategy / Operations / Program Management Strategy / Management Consulting or related area
- Experience supportingproduct launches inOncology;relevant experienceand understanding of requirements associatedwith buy-and-billproductsispreferred
- Strong enterprise thinking strategic planning and financial acumen with a data-driven mindset and the ability to connect broader organizational goals toBU-specific strategies
- Extensive cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management experience
- Depth in portfolio strategy with a proven ability toidentifyopportunitiesanticipatechallenges and guide decision-making at scale
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and prior experience in presenting tofunctionalleaders
- Ability toreceiveandimplementdirectionfrom seniorcolleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact
- Commitment toreceiving development andcoachingfrom leadership

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $176600.00 to $294300.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
