Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing a substantial book of business providing exceptional client service and overseeing account management processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in middle-market account management with the ability to work independently and efficiently in a hybrid work environment.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $75000 - $95000 (depending on experience)
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance 401(k) plan and paid time off (PTO)

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business with approximately $800000 in revenue focusing on middle-market accounts ranging from $100000 to $500000
• Provide end-to-end (A-Z) account management services ensuring client satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with junior-level colleagues for task delegation and support
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries resolving issues and delivering tailored solutions
• Assist in the transition from Sagitta and ImageRight software to Epic ensuring a smooth and efficient process
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and expertise in commercial lines insurance

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial lines account management preferably at a mid to senior level
• Strong knowledge of middle-market accounts and the ability to manage a substantial book of business
• Proficiency in insurance software systems; experience with Sagitta ImageRight and Epic is a plus
• Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
• Self-motivated detail-oriented and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
