• Oversee all reconstruction operations (PMs field staff subcontractors)

• Build systems and processes that create consistency and scalability
• Review and manage job costing budgets and financial KPIs
• Coach and develop Project Managers and team members
• Step into high-risk or complex jobs to guide direction and outcomes
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience across all projects
• Partner with ownership on strategy hiring and growth planning

• 812 years in reconstruction restoration or residential construction
• Proven experience leading teams and/or running a business
• Strong understanding of job costing margins and financial controls
• Experience managing multiple PMs and crews simultaneously
• Ability to create systems not just work within them
• Confidence making high-level decisions in ambiguous situations
• High standards for accountability communication and execution
