Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to contribute to a family-oriented organization that values work-life balance and teamwork. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager you will play a key role in supporting senior account managers and ensuring the seamless management of a diverse book of business.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $60000 - $65000 annually bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
- Assist senior account managers with tasks and projects related to managing a $6-$7 million book of business.
- Handle the renewal process endorsements and client communications including audits.
- Provide client-facing support for small and middle-market accounts primarily in the artisan contractor niche (e.g. plumbers electricians painters roofers landscapers).
- Manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and other day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with processors and the marketing team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an independent insurance agency with a focus on artisan contractors.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining high retention rates.
