Job Summary
Mount Gretna Coffee Cottage located at 101 Carnegie Ave in Mount Gretna PA is looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Barista to join our team! The Baristas position primarily involves working with customers on the retail floor. Our ideal candidate is friendly self-driven motivated enthusiastic and hard-working. Preferred availability to work through October 2026! Coffee Cottage closes in October 2026 as it is a seasonal those looking for full time long term we would have positions open at Desserts Etc after the Coffee Cottage closes.
Tipped Position - Estimated Between $6-$8 in tips per hour on top of base hourly rate!

Responsibilities
- High quality customer service
- Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with guests needs
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Must be available to work shifts between the hours of 6am - 10pm
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Preferable experience as a barista or in customer service
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Must be 16 years of age or older
