Job Summary
Mount Gretna Coffee Cottage located at 101 Carnegie Ave in Mount Gretna PA is looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Barista to join our team! The Baristas position primarily involves working with customers on the retail floor. Our ideal candidate is friendly self-driven motivated enthusiastic and hard-working. We are no longer hiring for summer only availability. Must be available to work through October 2026! We would have availability to move employees to Desserts Etc in Hershey PA once the Coffee Cottage Closes in the fall.
Tipped Position - Estimated Between $6-$8 in tips per hour on top of base hourly rate!

Responsibilities
- High quality customer service
- Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with guests needs
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Must be available to work shifts between the hours of 6am - 10pm
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Preferable experience as a barista or in customer service
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Must be 16 years of age or older
