Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Corporate Senior Accountant. This position reports to the Financial Reporting Manager and is responsible for supporting the preparation and filing of the companys financial statements. This role will work with the broader accounting legal and investor relations teams to ensure accurate timely and compliant external financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare supporting schedules for 10K/10Q footnotes MD&A tables and nonGAAP reconciliations

• Assemble tieout support and maintain documentation for filings and audits

• Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A Legal Tax Treasury and other partners to gather data and ensure reporting accuracy

• Assist in the drafting of selected disclosures and footnotes

• Support process improvements template updates and automation efforts

• Assist with XBRL tagging mapping and validation

• Support the preparation of 8K filings earnings releases and other periodic submissions

• Provide ad hoc assistance and support for special projects as necessary

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in accounting

• CPA or CPAeligible preferred

• One to four years of experience in public accounting or SEC reporting/financial accounting

• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

• Excellent oral and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Hyperion Smart View Workiva or other enterprise accounting and financial information systems is a plus

• Insurance or insurance brokerage industry experience is a plus
