Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join a team as a Commercial Lines Account Manager. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in insurance who are looking to grow their careers in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Reporting directly to the Team Lead you will play a key role in managing medium to large accounts with opportunities for professional development and career advancement within the organization.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $55000$75000 (depending on experience)
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) match.
- Work Arrangement: Onsite with a team-oriented and fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of medium to large accounts with occasional involvement in smaller accounts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Utilize EPIC software to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.
- Contribute to the teams success by participating in internal growth initiatives and professional development programs.
- Support the team in achieving departmental goals and maintaining a high standard of performance.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience (required).
- 25 years of experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
