Overnight Dishwasher

Overview

The Overnight Cleaner/Dishwasher plays a critical role in setting our kitchens up for success each day. Working during overnight hours this position ensures that all dishware equipment and kitchen spaces are thoroughly cleaned organized and ready for the morning team. This is an essential behind-the-scenes role for someone who is dependable detail-oriented and takes pride in creating a clean safe and well-maintained environment. If you enjoy working independently value consistency and find satisfaction in a job done well this role is a great fit.

Responsibilities

Dishwashing & Sanitation

• Wash sanitize and properly store all dishes utensils cookware and kitchen equipment.
• Deep clean dishwashing stations sinks floors and surrounding work areas.
• Follow all health safety and sanitation standards during cleaning tasks.
  

Overnight Cleaning & Maintenance

• Thoroughly clean kitchen storage and service areas to ensure readiness for the next day.
• Remove trash recycling and compost and restock cleaning and utility supplies as needed.
• Clean floors surfaces equipment exteriors and shared spaces according to nightly checklists.
  

General Support

• Organize and restock clean dishware and kitchen tools.
• Assist with basic setup or breakdown of kitchen stations and equipment.
• Safely handle and store cleaning supplies and report maintenance or equipment concerns to leadership.
  

Qualifications

• Reliable self-motivated and comfortable working independently during overnight hours.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Previous dishwashing or cleaning experience is a plus but not requiredtraining provided for the right candidate.
• Previous experience is a plus but not requiredon-the-job training is provided for candidates eager to learn and work independently.
