Job Summary
We are seeking aRetirement Plan Specialistto join our team. This role will work in tandem with our Financial Advisors and Operations team to service Plan Sponsor Clients Plan Participants and work with the various vendors associated with qualified retirement plans.

Essential Job Functions for this role include:
Prepare Plan Sponsor Investment Reviews Agendas Reports and supporting material for quarterly meetings
Work with Plan Sponsors and Retirement Plan Vendors (recordkeepers third-party administrators legal counsel accountants actuaries) on a daily basis to answer Plan questions and oversee resolution to Plan issues.
Oversee and work with Plan Sponsors and Retirement Plan Vendors regarding explanations of plan administrative issues recordkeeping retirement plan regulations and related matters.
Respond to Plan Participant inquiries in need of assistance with Plan transactions Plan design questions and assistance with Plan Recordkeeper questions.
Onboarding new clients collaborate with the Financial Advisors to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
Participate in Client Calls or Meetings as requested to support services such as Plan Administration Design and Plan Wellness.
Client Support
Answer inquiries regarding the plan from plan administrators/sponsors and participants.
Ensure strong client satisfaction and retention from plan administrators/sponsors and we
alth management clients.
Communicate on a daily basis with recordkeepers Third-Party Administrators and custodians.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred in Business Economics Mathematics Accounting or Finance related field
Minimum 3 years of retirement plan related experience
Job Skills
Self-motivated well-organized individual with demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment to follow through on details to completion
Excellent verbal written analytical and organizational skills
Ability to simplify complex issues and communicate them to advisors and clients clearly and concisely.
High attention to detail and the ability to see things through from concept to implementation
Strong computer skills and proficiency using Microsoft Office suite (Office Excel Outlook) and comfortable using technology
Knowledge and experience of CRM systems
Conscientious and possess high standards for both quality and quantity of work
Strong organizational reading writing and basic mathematical skills
Ability to maintain confidential information
Must pass successful background check upon hiring
