About the Role:
This is a full-fledged Property Manager role not an assistant position.
You will operate as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of industrial properties managing tenant relationships coordinating vendors and driving operational and financial performancejust as a U.S.-based Property Manager would.
This role is ideal for someone who has independently managed a portfolio of properties and is comfortable owning responsibilities across operations communication and financial oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial responsibilities:
- Beyond monitoring rent rolls and AR our PMs are responsible for:
- Preparing and managing annual operating budgets
- Handling CAM/NNN reconciliations (including caps base years etc.)
- Reviewing GLs and coordinating closely with accounting
- Overall the role requires a stronger financial skill set than a typical entry- to mid-level PM.
Lease admin:
- Beyond tracking expirations and renewals. The PM is also:
- Administering leases
- Interpreting provisions
- Enforcing terms (defaults notices escalations)
- Advising ownership on lease-related matters
What Were Looking For:
Core Experience
- 37 years of Property Management experience (commercial preferred)
- Experience managing multiple properties and tenants independently
- Strong exposure to:
- Tenant relations
- Vendor coordination
- Lease management
- Financial oversight (AR budgets CAM exposure)
Technical Skills
- Experience with AppFolio strongly preferred
- Comfortable managing systems reporting and digital workflows
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Communication & Work Style
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Highly responsive and professional in client-facing communication
- Able to operate with autonomy and ownership
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-growth environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability

- Tenants receive timely professional and proactive communication
- Vendors are coordinated efficiently with minimal oversight
