Job Description:
You will own the end-to-end design and manufacture of a critical Rivan sub-system such as a reactor or electrolyser. This role involves rethinking conventional high-cost hardware from first principles to enable mass manufacturing. Youll drive everything from initial concept and CAD modeling to hands-on workshop fabrication testing and vendor management.

What you will do:

• Lead concept generation architecting and technical requirements capture for next-generation synthetic fuel plant modules using SolidWorks.

• Design and commission bespoke test-rigs to rapidly validate underlying thermofluid hypotheses and iterate on hardware performance.

• Manage the entire production lifecycle from generating fabrication drawings to hands-on assembly and integration within the onsite workshop.

The ideal candidate:

• 5 years of professional experience in mechanical or aerospace engineering with a proven track record of designing and building complex systems.

• Advanced competency in first-principles engineering including thermofluids (heat/mass transfer) FEA CFD and analytical modeling using Python.

• Extensive hands-on workshop experience with a DFM/DFA mindset capable of bridging the gap between digital CAD design and physical hardware fabrication.
