Essential Responsibilities:
Accomplish document management including but not limited to document preparation collection scan filing retrieve and check.
Support HR Operations related work including onboarding First Day Introduction on-demand letters preparing offboarding etc.
Involve in all kinds of HR projects.
Support Benefit-related employee communications and gift distribution including sending emails from a shared mailbox and coordinating shipment of employee gifts.
Other ad hoc requests.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Detail oriented and willing to deal with routine work.
Can work under time urgency and undertake certain workload.
At least 23 days a week and can work for 6-8 months for Daily Intern
Good English in both verbal and written.
Good command of PC skills.
