Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Scrum Master who combines deep understanding of Agile/Scrum practices with a solid technical foundation. This role will guide cross-functional engineering teams in delivering high-quality software solutions while removing impediments improving team velocity and ensuring alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate acts as a servant leader Agile coach and technical facilitator.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams delivering complex technical solutions.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Backlog Refinement Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
Partner with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed prioritized backlog with clearly defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
Remove impediments and proactively manage risks dependencies and blockers.
Coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices fostering continuous improvement and high performance.
Track and report on Agile metrics (velocity burndown throughput cycle time).
Collaborate closely with engineering DevOps QA and architecture teams to support technical delivery.
Support release planning and coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Promote Agile maturity and help drive organizational Agile transformation.
Ensure transparency and effective communication across business and technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
610 years of overall IT experience with 3 years as a Scrum Master in technical teams.
Strong hands-on experience working with software development teams (web cloud APIs microservices).
Solid understanding of SDLC DevOps CI/CD pipelines and modern engineering practices.
Proven experience in Agile/Scrum frameworks (Scrum Kanban SAFe).
Ability to work with distributed and cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication facilitation and conflict-resolution skills
