• Oversee daily operations of steel erection ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate and manage a team of ironworkers to achieve project timelines and goals.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate installation of steel structures.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Maintain communication with project managers and subcontractors for seamless workflow.
• Implement training programs to enhance team skills and safety awareness.
• Prepare and manage project documentation including daily reports and safety logs.
• Promote a culture of safety and efficiency on all job sites.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in steel construction with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Valid OSHA 30 certification and knowledge of safety regulations in construction.
• Strong understanding of steel erection processes and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Physical ability to perform tasks on construction sites including lifting and climbing.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to job sites.
