ISSCorporate is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our cyber risk solutions group. This role will drive the product roadmap for a new suite of SaaS cyber risk tools designed for CISOs security teams IT leaders thirdparty risk managers and corporate executives. The products also support the cyber insurance market including underwriters brokers and portfolio risk managers.

The ideal candidate is adaptable analytical and creative with experience in enterprise software product management and domain expertise in cybersecurity risk management or thirdparty risk. You will manage the product lifecycle endtoend integrating diverse data sources gathering requirements through research and client engagement developing prototypes and collaborating crossfunctionally across Product Research Development Analytics Sales and Marketing.

This position reports to the Managing Director for Cyber Strategy and requires both inbound (developmentfocused) and outbound (client/marketfacing) product management skills.

Responsibilities

Build and apply subjectmatter expertise in cybersecurity and ISSCorporates cyber risk offerings
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development
Translate complex data and concepts into actionable insights
Create business/functional requirements and specifications
Clean analyze and visualize large quantitative and qualitative datasets
Develop prototypes workflows and user experience materials
Lead crossfunctional execution from concept to launch
Communicate product needs updates and issues to internal stakeholders
Manage product lifecycle activities including planning execution and iteration
Gather market and client feedback through user groups and consultations
Partner with Sales Marketing Operations and Support to enhance product adoption and user experience
Monitor industry trends and share key insights with stakeholders
Provide product and domain expertise to sales and advisory teams

Desired Experience & Qualifications

Enterprise software product management experience (required)
Background in cybersecurity and/or thirdparty risk (strongly preferred)
5 years of experience in product management or business analysis within security IT or compliance
Handson experience in cybersecurity network engineering or TPRM (plus)
Bachelors degree in business technology or related field; Masters preferred
Strong analytical organizational and problemsolving skills
Experience with data analytics and visualization
Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding abilities
Skilled in product/project management market research technical writing and presenting
Able to work independently with strong followthrough and integrity

Location

Rockville MD: Located in the vibrant King Farm community convenient access to transit (1 mile from Shady Grove Red Line) dining green spaces with free parking and access to an onsite gym.

Base salary: The Rockville MD expected base pay range is $100000- $120000 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills experience and level of education.

The role is bonus or sales incentive eligible.
