General Manager / Shop Supervisor / Operations Manager is required to lead a busy rotating equipment repair operation overseeing steam turbines multistage compressors and large industrial valves including teardown overhaul and machining operations. This role is perfect for an experienced leader with a background in managing teams working on the full lifecycle of turbine and compressor repairs.

You will also be focused on expanding business opportunities while maintaining top-tier quality and service across all projects.

General Manager / Shop Supervisor / Operations Manager Responsibilities

Lead and manage all operational aspects of a rotating equipment repair shop including mechanical teardown overhaul and machining for steam turbines compressors and valves.
Oversee the full scope of operations from repair and machining to project delivery.
Drive business growth through new opportunities and client relationship management.
Lead and develop a high-performing team with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
Manage financial aspects including budgets forecasts and operational costs.
Ensure top-quality service and adherence to industry standards in every project.

General Manager / Shop Supervisor / Operations Manager Requirements
5 years of leadership experience in mechanical industrial or rotating equipment repair industry or a related mechanical field (service manager operations manager plant manager shop manager)
Proven ability to manage teams and oversee complex turbine compressor and valve projects.
Strong financial and operational management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
