Job Summary
The Patient & Family Experience Consultant partners with leadership and clinical teams to advance strategies that elevate the human side of care. As a subject matter expert in patient-centered excellence you will translate the voice of the patient into actionable improvements ensuring the organization meets or exceeds experience goals. This role serves as a cultural role model and coach working directly in patient areas to mentor staff on service rounding relationship-building and integrating patient feedback into daily operations to create a seamless empathetic care environment.
Required Education and ExperienceBachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration or equivalent experienceMinimum 3 years of experience in clinical care healthcare coaching or patient success in leading strategic initiatives and developing service skills in others through training and mentorship.
Required Credentials
Preferred
MA/MS degree in Healthcare or related fieldCertified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) Certification or Change Management (ProSci) certification preferred.
Compensation Range
$97665.00 - $146497.00 per yearSalary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity skills experience and expertise and may vary within the range provided.
