Job Summary
Were looking for a data-driven Growth Manager to own user growth across our portfolio of free-to-play mobile games. Whether through paid UA organic store optimization or promotional events your primary mission is to profitably grow our player base. Youll also maximize revenue across ads and IAP building the LTV models and analytics that ensure every growth opportuntiy is well utilized.
OBJECTIVES
User Acquisition
Plan execute and optimize UA campaigns across major channels (Meta Google TikTok Unity AppLovin ironSource and others)
Manage UA budgets to maximize ROAS and hit LTV/CPI targets
Drive creative testing in collaboration with the creative team to improve conversion rates and lower acquisition costs
Monitor campaign performance daily making real-time bid and budget adjustments
Revenue Optimization
Own the in-app ad strategy including placement frequency capping and format mix (interstitial rewarded video banner native)
Manage and optimize ad mediation platforms (AppLovin MAX ironSource LevelPlay AdMob) including waterfall and bidding configurations
Run A/B tests on ad placements to maximize ARPU without negatively impacting retention or player experience
Monitor and analyze IAP revenue performance surfacing insights and opportunities to the product and game design teams
Track the interplay between ad monetization and IAP to ensure a balanced revenue strategy that maximizes total player LTV
Store & Platform Growth
Own Google Play and App Store promotional event strategy plan publish and analyze LiveOps events store listing experiments and promotional content to maximize store impressions and install conversion rates
Track event performance (unique viewers converters CVR) by event type and identify which formats and themes drive the strongest results
Coordinate with game design and creative teams on event timing assets and messaging
Strategy & Analytics
Build LTV models incorporating both IAP and ad revenue to inform UA spend decisions
Track and report on growth KPIs (CPI ROAS retention ARPDAU eCPM)
Stay current on privacy regulations (SKAN Privacy Sandbox ATT) and competitive landscape
Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to leadership
COMPETENCIES
Strong understanding of mobile UA metrics campaign structures optimization levers and MMPs (i.e. Singular Adjust etc).
Detect ad fraud organic cannibalization and other abnormal behaviors to optimize campaigns.
Familiarity with ad mediation tools bidder/segment optimization and in-game ad placements; proper setup for privacy and compliance.
Understanding of key growth metrics (CPI ROAS LTV ARPDAU) and mobile gaming monetization mechanics.
Solid understanding of F2P monetization models player LTV and the relationship between UA and ad revenue.
Self-driven and ownership mindset.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
3 years of experience in user acquisition ad monetization or growth marketing ideally in mobile F2P gaming.
Bachelors degree in Economics Statistics Data Science Marketing Analytics or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
Experience in LTV forecasting retention analysis A/B testing frameworks and UA campaign optimization.
Bonus/Nice to Have: Exposure to data analytics tools (e.g. SQL Tableau Power BI) for custom reporting and predictions.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Los Angeles: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work;
Prolonged period of time sitting at a desk and computer.
The range for this role is $80k$100K per year depending on experience with the opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus.
