We are seeking a day shift Extrusion Supervisorto support our team at FieldTurf a world leader in artificial turf with over 25000 installations worldwide. The Extrusion supervisor is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of Infill 360 manufacturing operations at the Calhoun GA facility. This role drives performance across safety quality delivery cost and productivity while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The Extrusion supervisor partners cross-functionally with business and operations leaders to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with divisional goals driving continuous improvement and overall performance. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative fast-paced environment and is committed to quality safety and continuous improvement. This role is based out of the Calhoun GA Office and will be reporting to the VP of Operations.

What youll do:

• Lead and manage extrusion operations ensuring safety quality on-time delivery and cost efficiency

• Develop and execute departmental plans aligned with business objectives

• Direct and support team members to ensure effective daily operations and high service levels

• Balance cost service safety inventory labor automation and regulatory requirements to drive operational excellence

• Ensure compliance with OSHA and all applicable regulations

• Oversee safe operation maintenance and upkeep of equipment and the work environment

• Establish and monitor KPIs; drive performance reporting and continuous improvement initiatives

• Coach develop and engage team members to build organizational capability

• Partner with Innovation and R&D to support successful product transitions to production

What you need for success:

• 5 years of manufacturing experience and/or 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role

• Ability to adapt to new technologies and leverage tools to improve performance

• Strong customer focus with the ability to build effective relationships

• Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed

• Strong communication influencing and negotiation skills

• Hands-on leadership style with a visible floor presence

• Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills

• High accountability integrity and ability to delegate and deliver results

• Proven cross-functional collaboration and teamwork skills

• Experience leading change and driving process improvements

• Ability to travel up to 10%

• Frequent walking standing sitting and kneeling

• Regular use of hands; ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment
